Release Discriptions:

NEGATIVE FX - Government War Plans LP
This LP compiles all of the early Negative FX demo sessions which predate the LP. Rawer than the LP, these recordings showcase one of the best early 80's Boston HC bands in their infancy. Includes a written history of Negative FX by the one and only king of soul re-issues and former drummer of Negative FX Dave Bass, as well as several unreleased songs. (Parts Unknown #9)

GATE CRASHERS - Are A Bunch Of Motherfuckers LP
Finally!! God knows how many years in the making, the debut full length from these Lehigh Valley yahoos finally sees a proper releases. Previously only available in an extremely limited "pre-release" version, we put aside our sneaker collecting and Ebay sniping habits to do a proper pressing. Fast hardcore. Lots of songs. They self reference bands like Deep Wound and Neos but it really sounds more a lot like Uniform Choice. Great record, great cover art, dig it. (Parts Unknown #4)

S.B.V. - s/t 7"
San Diego's S.B.V. deliver the goods on their debut 7", taking the best of old Southern California bands like Uniform Choice, but leaving out the Hallmark card lyrics and poetry intros. Sick artwork by Jeff Gaither, who has worked with everyone from the Accused to Annihilation Time. (Parts Unknown #10)

PISSED JEANS - Night Minutes/Throbbing Organ 7"
This two song single is a little teaser of things to come from these Lehigh Valley jaboes. Featuring various members of the Gatecrashers, Pissed Jeans is an all out assault on your ears, with their sound borrowed from the likes of Fang and Flipper. Don't be alarmed it's actually damn good and has won over even some of the worst critics. This could quite possibly be the best release ever on Parts Unknown. Expect an LP of wonders from these guys in the near to late future. (Parts Unknown #12)

YDI - Out For Blood CD
Better than Eagles and on par with Allen Ivers, YDI were the greatest hardcore band to ever come out of Philly (1982 to 1988). This CD compiles their insane "A Place in the Sun" 7", "Black Dust" LP, and their seldom heard and totally esstenial "Out For Blood" demo (37 tracks in total). His majesty Tesco Vee was nice enough to lend his awarding winning journalistic skills by writing the liner notes. After having been bootlegged numerous times, this is an offical release. Fans of Negative Approach and Venom rejoice! (Parts Unkown #7 CD)

CRIMINALLY INSANE - 7"
This short lived Toronto band recorded this amazing demo, played one show, and then dissapeared into the Canadian wilderness. Featuring the singer of Fucked Up backed up by Toronto's finest, this one sided 7" is the vinyl version of their demo, remastered. Sounds like Shark Attack with Poison Idea sounding vocals. Keep your eyes out for a 12" coming your way sometime in the next 5 years.... (Parts Unknown #6)

MOMENT OF YOUTH - 7"
This is a 6 song ripper from DC's Moment of Youth. Fast and raw some of these tracks could easily have been left off of Flex Your Head. Great cover art by Jason Powell. Fans of DC Youth Brigade and early Goverment Issue, well dig this one, even though it isn't from '83. (Parts Unknown #3)

VIOLENT MINDS - Riot 7" Three song follow up to their debut on My War. "Riot" could go down in history as one of the greatest Oi! influenced hardcore songs of all time! Coupled with two b-sides that are out of control, this record will prove their is more to Toronto than Sars. Features members of Shark Attack. If Blitz was from the suburbs of Pennsylvania and grew up listening to Negative Approach instead of the Sex Pistols. (Parts Unknown #8)

THE WORST - The Worst of .. CD
The Worst started terrorizing the Jersey Shore in the late 70's and didn't stop until the mid '80s. The first release on the highly acclaimed and collectable Mutha Records label, they also released a follow up 12" a few years later. While Chronic Sick seems to get all the attention, probably due to their LP being impossible to find, The Worst truly held the crown as the best shore core band ever. This CD compiles all of their recorded material the 7", the Expect the Worst 12", the previously unreleased 2nd LP, and a set from Max's Kansas City which includes never before released songs. Liner notes by the one and only Stuart Schrader aka Dr Punk!!! (Parts Unknown #5)
